Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, for 4 persons (add £55pp for people over 4), commencing 1600 Sat to 1000 Sat. Bank holiday weeks in August, April, May, Christmas and New Year add £80. For additional persons, add £55 per person. A £100 non refundable deposit is required to reserve the booking. A £100 refundable deposit returned after departure is required to safe guard against damages and return of keys.


Changeover day
Our normal hand over dates are arrival 4pm Saturday to departure 10am Saturday. However we can be flexible

We have a cleaning service which operates on the changeover Saturday, with a change of linen and bath towels. All linen, bath towels are included. Not included are beach towels.

Malaga International Airport is only 35 km away. Normally takes 30 to 40 minutes from the airport to the villa.
Car hire is required, it also helps in exploring the local area and all it's attractions.
Ferry facilities are available in Malaga and Marbella.

Distances
The small town of Alora is situated is only 5 minutes away by car on the road to Antequera and just 12km south of El Chorro. From a distance, Alora is a typical (pueblo blanco); a whitewashed village nestled between three rocky spurs topped by the ruins of a magnificent castle which has an interesting history. Alora has a great selection of shops/supermarket, i.e."Meraconda". Local market every Monday morning in the village. The castle should not be missed or the local lemon tree filled streets.

Further details
Other towns worth visiting are Antequera, (with bull ring)Carratraca, which has the feature of a spa, which is available. Andalucia is blessed with outstanding scenery, steeped in Moorish history, home to the historic city of Granada and three of Spain’s most magnificent natural parks, the eastern region of Andalucía is a treasure chest full of attractions. For culture then you should visit Cordoba and Granada, only a short distance away.

Booking notes
Bookings are for 7 nights from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday and include, bed linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning after departure. A Confirmation deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking and the balance is payable eight weeks before depature. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a full information pack giving directions, key collection details, etc. Please add £100 (refundable) against damages.
